Lights

I have a 10g that I would like to set up, as opposed to my 29g. Just for space purposes. Well, I have these lights that I used to run on the 29g, they are PC's and the ballasts are rated for 55/65 watt bulbs (square pin design) and curious if anyone know if I can use a lower watt bulb on these ballasts. If not, I could rig something I suppose as I have the old bulbs rated at 55/66.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

You would have to use the 55 or 65w bulbs on that fixture. If you're worried about the intensity, raise the fixture higher over the tank (or suspend it over the tank).
