Lionfish sting

Was wondering if anyone had been stung by a lionfish?
I remember when I was young, the guy at the LFS claiming that he has been both stung by a lionfish, and had gone through the windshield a car impacting at 60mph and if he as forcedto do one agan, he would take te car crash over thelionfish!!

Yes I have, and yes it hurts. I would compare it to being somehat nastier than a mains electricity shock

It depends on the person, to some it will feel like a mild bee sting, others will fall on the floor writhing in pain.
