Little bugs in my tank.

I just got dont treating my tank for ick and we have been losing the battle,but i think we got it uder controle.The question is i did a major water chang today witch was 20 gal.After i did it cleaned everything up i started noticing little red bugs right by the line of the sand.I have never seen then before till today.The sand i got i live sand.I was just wondering if thay are ok to have in there are if there is any way to get them out,like a fish that will eat them.If anyone can help i would realy appriciate it very much.

could be the dreaded "red bugs" which infect acroporas...frankly, i don't know much about them but a search on reefcentral.com or www.thereeftank.com might prove fruitful. S.Reef, aresgod, or wayne might be able to tell you more.....
