Right now I've got 4 yo-yo loaches that I think are at their adult size (4" maybe? I'm not really sure). I love these little guys, they're so much fun, and I would really like to get more. However, my LFS only has very little ones (probably about 1"? Again, I'm not sure.) Would my larger loaches bother the baby ones? If I do decide to get more loaches, should I wait until I find some larger ones?

It shouldn't be a problem. While the smaller ones won't be dominant, they'll still school with the larger loaches, and the larger loaches won't pick on them. I recommend you get a couple of same-sized new loaches, so a single one doesn't get "runt" status. It's unusual for loaches to attack eachother to the point of injury.

I have to say that I've rarely seen larger yoyos for sale, they're usually an inch or less. I know there are restrictions on exporting larger clown loaches, but I'm not sure about yoyos.
