little white worms

I have seen a couple of little white worms in my tank they are to small to photo so I was hoping someone could tell me where these things came from I do have alot of live plants in the tank and thought that they might ahhave hitched a ride in on one of them ive seen my jewel eat one of these worms so i think its ok but is this dangerous 4 my fishys

Planaria worms. They are harmless, so dont worry about them They usually appear when you overfeed i think

planaria are perfectly normal they come allong as a result of overfeeding- to get rid of then - dont feed your fish for a few days - they will soon pick the planaria off
