Here is my setup

Fish and LR only tank
20 Gal
Skilter 250 w/ Protein Skimmer
20 Lbs of Live Sand
9 Lbs of Live rock (working on getting more)
Fluorescent Light 1 18" coralite 50/50

I got some regular LR (plain) and I also got some fiji LR with all kind of cool stuff on it, can I do any damage by adding only fiji LR? or should it be a balance of both?

My tank is been running for a week as of sunday, everything looks good. Can I start introducing inverts like crabs and starfish and such? Thanks in advance.

Just a quick note on the inverts...I'm new to this as well so wait on some of the veterans to post also, but I do not recommend inverts be introduced until after the tank has cycled. (4-6 weeks) I waited around 3 weeks before introducing my cleaner shrimp(what an awesome little critter) into the tank. Something else to consider is a hospital tank to keep your new fish in for a week or so before putting them into the display tank. This way you can aggressively treat any diseases the fish may have without throwing your display tank into a chemical war zone. *Note: don't use ich treatments ANYWHERE near inverts. Happy Fishin'!
