Loach compatibility

Hi. In my planted 30g I've got a pair of dwarf gouramis, 3 cories, 3 otos, and 4 red minors. I've also got a bristlenose pleco but I'm going to give it away because I've dealt with its destruction to my plants long enough.

So, I was thinking of fish I could add instead. I've been looking at kuhli or dojo loaches, but I do not know if they will be good for my tank. Will they be ok with the cories?, and if so, is my tank too full to get two loaches? because I've read that they are pretty shy and uninteresting if they don't have tank mates to make them comfortable. If they can't work, is there anything else that would be good?

I've kept kuhli loaches in 20 and 29gallon planted tanks with no problems. I had 5 at a time, and they played out in the open all the time. They pretty much kept to themselves and didn't bother the cory cats, nor did the corys bother them. Good little cleaners.

I've had bristlenose plecos too, but have never had them bother plants at all.

Thanks. I'll consider what you've said, but I've also got a snail problem, so I'm curious about dwarf puffers too. I'll make a new thread for puffers.

there are botia loaches such as yoyo which get 6" or striata which only get 4" but they all like to school together and are good for plants and both eat snails in fact probably better than a puffer
