Loach For 23 Gallon?

I just recently got a 23 gallon tank that I am planning on stocking with either a pair of angels, or 5-6 small rainbowfish. I was just wondering if there are any loaches that would be compatible with these fish and would be ok living in a 23 gallon tank long term. I am probabaly going to use play sand as the substrate, if that is important. Everyone recomends cory cats, but I am going to have these in another tank and would really like to have a loach in this tank.

Yoyo loaches! I am going to get a few of these little guys for my 29. They stay small enough for you to be able to get a few of them and that makes them happier and they will play and stuff more verses if you got a larger kind that would only allow you to get one. Plus they eat snails!

Khulis are cool, and so are Hillstream Loaches
I find my Hillsteam Loach to be really cool, though not quite as entertaining are some other types mentioned...
