i dont know about a blue lobster... usually pet stores call forms of blue crayfish lobsters to make it sound more exotic. i know a few members on here that own blue crayfish. i own a procambarus allenni in the blue form. i know oscars have been known to eat crayfish, and crayfish are usually pretty aggressive so you might have aggression problems coming from both sides.

blue crays will eat slow moving fish that are in their reach. I wouldnt see cichlids being a problem with the cray fish eating them, but it may be the reverse problem with africans.

Another thing to worry about is there magnificent escape artisits. Just something to think about.

i always keep the water halfway up in my cray tank, so that they cant climb out. my crays even catch fast fish, not just slow ones. i guess it just depends on the cray. if there is plenty of hiding spots, you shouldnt have too many meal opportunities. the only thing is, whoever is baing pursued will most likely stay in hiding most of the time.

there are these african shrimps, not sure the exact name, but they get to around 6 inches and are filter feeders. they would be no danger of them attacking your fish, but you africans could pester and nip at shrimp.
