My friend offered me her fishtank for free. It is a 29 gallon complete with filter, heater etc. and I said no. LoL I just don't have the room or the money for it but I wish I did.
Take the tank!! You never know when you need one. Like when your big tank breaks and you are scrambling to find space for your fish!!!! Trust anything extra on hand is nice. Plus the 29 gal tank is a nice tank.
The thing is, is she has 2 koi in there right now and she said she can't remember when she cleaned the tank out last and it is absolutely gross, is what she said. I also am not sure I want to clean it out.
i would do that too find someone to take the 2 koi's and just keep everything else , if its in use it shouldn't be that dirty... all there really is is a lot of poop and probably no algae or that lime stuff
