Bristle Worms

Excellent detritus consumers, these scavengers are an excellent addition to any healthy clean up crew. They do not eat corals. Most are 2-3" and you get 10 of them for $5.00

since i changed my substrate completely, i don't see 'em anymore..and i'm glad. Yeah they can be excellent scavengers, some people like 'em and i respect that...but you're right, not telling that they can be pests sucks..
My best freebie/safe/always cleaning, crew is the spagetti worm crew. Hey they really clean the carpet wonderfuly !

You know I have never seen a bristle worm in my tank....then today I picked up a small bunch of zoas....and it had a tiny bristleworm in it....then I picked up a rubble rock out of my fuge...broke it in half and there was another bristleworm working it's way out.....grossed me out a bit but I know they are good....so...I left it alone
