I just bought this guy (for $10) at my LFS *SUPERSMIL and I wanted to share. What do you think??

Sry about the algae, I need to clean the glass but I havent got around to it.

What do you mean by destructive Wayne?? And thanks Camaro I didnt know exactly what it was. My LFS had it listed as a Strawberry Reef Hermit. ??? But its orange so....I also cant find it listed as that anywhere.

By destructive I think this will grow large, eat anything and will live a long time to boot. As well as the mentioned species I've also seen something else which looked very similar for sale , a hermit with a genus Mega....something that would also shape up as pretty destructive.

Hermits might be cute, but the majority are very suspicious in a reef tank

Thanks for the warning. I will definately keep an eye out. I didnt realize that hermits could harm a reef. As I have said before you learn new things every day!!

you should check out the hermit in my keys pictures thread...he was huge, and would destroy a reef in a matter of minutes.
