One of my male guppies just died, ( well actually it just disappeared), :( , but the thing is that i can't find the body anywhere. Will the rotting body (wherever it is) harm the other fish? and what should I do to find it, I searched everywhere.

If you've looked for it and could not find the fish it probably means your other fish got to it first and picked it clean. I wouldn't worry about it.

I'ld watch the other fish though, and make sure they don't start coming down with something(that is if the male guppy was sick.)

I would def check the filter. Also, you might want to check to see if any rocks you might have in the tank have fallen over or just shifted. A sleeping fish can be surprised when its hiding spot falls upon it. If not, then sometimes they're just stuck in the strangest of places. Also, many times a rotting fish can look very similar to a piece of gravel, so it could be easily over looked (I've experience this myself to discover a couple days later that there it died and then the body just settled with the gravel and blended right in). Good luck with the search.

What other fish do you have in the tank? If he was eaten I would say he was probably eaten whole, which means by a larger fish. If pecked at you would see 'stuff' floating around the tank. Did you check structures and such? He may be hiding out in there. Good luck finding him =)

this sort of stuff tends to happen with smaller fish. sometimes smaller fish get stuck between rocks, sucked up into filters, or eaten. chances are the loaches and other fish ate him clean. check for really small bones on the bottom, scattered. most of the time that's how i find my dead fish... heh.

Never mind guys, I found his body. I bet you'll never guess where it was. It turned out that when my mom scooped the swrod into the breeding net, the guppy's fin somehow got caught onto the net and my mom didn't notice(don't know how that happened either), and I found the dried up body about 2 hours ago. Well that solves that mystery, sorry about the trouble guys.
