Well my gruoper is now in his tank, along w/ puffer and clowns, ..so far no one been eaten, my puffer did bite off the claws on my shrimps, which is funny, cause they fight each other, and have no claws....anywho, hopefully, he don't die, either, how could i tell if he got sic?

Well, your puffer will definatly eat the shrimp...and any other crustacean. They are very INcompatible with invertabrates. Depending on the clownfish species, they might be eaten by the grouper.
