so i have a new sunpod with 2x250 MH and 9x9 lunar lights. 9 of them white and 9 of them blue. im curious to as to what kind of rotation i should put the lunar lights on. should i have them on both at once, or cycle them in what order, and for how long. pretty much i want what will be the least stressfull for my fish and coral. im only asking about the lunar lights, incase i didnt explain myself.

Lunar lighting is basically for your own aesthetic value and of no value to your fish or corals. So you can put them on what ever cycle is suited to your own night viewing, the fish won't care. :)

I always ran white and blue at night until after midnight where I switched to just blue. Lorna is right, there's may be some spawning/breeding that might be triggered by moonlight. Generally it's just for you to look at.

Ive been hearing alot of people gettin the blue lights from autozone and using them on their tanks.. Pretty cheap way of gettin moon lights, think they are only like 12.00
