I will be sharing my 10 gal. with all of you now. From here on out I will try to document all the additions and adjustments I make to the tank. i'll try and post pictures tonight..

anyone know why large amounts of bubbles accumulated on the silicone lining? i just have a mixture of vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, and water in there..
My best guess would be that unlike the glass which is smooth, the silicone lining has a bunch of teeny-tiny holes that allow air bubbles to form in them. They should go away after a while though.

have decided to go the cheaper route on preparations for the live plants i will be adding... hopefully it'll be alright seeing that the plants wont have the best substrate available to them... we'll see.

Ok, I have hit a wall with this project. Previously before I decided to redo the tank, i was keeping a betta in there. This betta had been also swimming around in an unknown filth that was consuming the waters of the tank. Now I have been seeing signs of this filth re emerging even after all my preperations... It may be awhile before you here from me on this journal of mine...
