I'm looking into getting a magnum 350 - the one with all the attachments and stuff. I had a question about the bio-wheel. It looks to me that the kit comes with two; do you have to use both of them at the same time, or can just one be used. How wide is each bio-wheel? I have limited room on the side of my aquarium, and am afraid that it would be too wide.

yeah, i would definately reccomend getting one of these...they're great filters.. the only problems I had were after cleaning out the tubes after a few months of operation... when i went to put them on again, they just didnt seem to fit as well, so a quick trip to the hardware store to get some hose clamps, and all was well again. but yeah, it's a great filter, I never used the gravel cleaner that came with it though...even if it is a good idea, I still just use the python...
