Mail-ordering fish?

Good, bad or indifferent?

Reason I ask is, all the mom/pop pet tropical fish stores are gone in my area. Nearby, all I've got is Petsmart or Petco and they seem to have limited selection and knowledge.

Most of my fish have been ordered through the mail. I've had zero problems, but be sure to investigate the shipper.

Never used them but liveaquaria.com seems to be pretty reputable.
