Mandarin keeps fading

I noticed my mandarin keeps fading. It seems to just be small patchs but go away soon after I notice them. Fish seems to be fine though. Ideas?

the main source of food is pods *crazysmil and seeing as how hes only had it for about a week now i wouldnt think feeding would be a problem at this point unless he wasnt eating at the lfs either

the right stuff could be many things...if you can get them to switch to mysis its something theyll be fine eating.
