I'm sorry he passed away.. I know how you feel T_t mine died not long ago.. :hugs:
Are you getting your next one from the same place? Maybe if you catch one in sooner less progressive desease, you could save him... though after this, if I where you I would suggest getting a compleatly healthy one for abit of a change and more life expectancy.
Did Maxx look like he whent in peace??

Yes he went peacefully. I found him on his fake plant on his hidie hole thing.
He was heathly when I got him in Oct and then he got ill after I got a GF for him. I am going to the same place LFS chain they just got new ones inthis week.
My co worker is going to pick him out for me so I think that is the key.

8D YEAH!! best way to tell kids, if you read things by sylvia browns son, it will tell the kids what happends to animals in a kids point of veiw!!! I was in a life and deth expeariance of my own when are dog bambi died X_X last time I wake up to walk out of my room and find are dog dead in my doorway.....

And all you need to tell yoru kids if you dont have the time to read the book, is that Maxx went to a visiting place to wait for when you guys see him again =D but let the kid down gently by just saying it will be a long time before we see him again, however he is safe and you most defenetly will see maxx when your older. but till then we must researve the tank for a new visitor to our home, and then ask him if he has any suggestions ^-^... I would have been so much better if I was told that when my hamster halo died...I was 12 O_O.... And now I get panicy when my body knows somethings up with a animal, and now with my own fish deing off, you could only think what kind of the bind I'm in !! Morning panic attacks anyone?! =d.... I dont know what it is, I cant talk to animals in their laguage... But I know when one is about to pass even if they look healthy. Like I knew befor my hamsters died, and every time a rat is about to pass. I have a super hard ach in my chest, then I go a split second laiter to check on them
and there dieing right befor my eyes, or I'll wake up for no reason in the middle of the night and see the animal pass on, then if it's in another room. The day before it dies I cant help but say it's name whenever I meen some other pet. Like when my brothers hedghog was about to pass on, the day before it died I couldint say my dogs name and I kept saying "Zepher" which was the hedghogs name ! Freaks me out at least once a month...
I hope sparky makes good work of Maxx's home =3 dont go poopin all over the place till ya know who was there first Sparky!!

Thanks reef for that message, unfortunaly Sparky bought the fam this afternoon.
He got fungus( where I don't know) I cleaned the snot out of the tank and everything and he died. I am bringing the corpse back to where I got him and get my $$ back.
Got him on friday the 13th iof that is not an omen then what is!
