mbuna food?

just wanted to know a good food to feed cichlids. there are alot in the stores made just for cichlids. is there a certain one that is better then the other. and is there any fresh veggies that they like to eat.

I feed mine cucumber slices. As for other foods, I feed OmegaOne Veggie Flakes and NLS Cichild pellets.

nutrafin gold and spirulina sticks, as well as some frozen foods

I feed NLS Pellets and Tetramin Spirulina flakes

For mbuna, pretty much any cichlid food that isnt high in protein...
but i feed cichlid flake, cichlid pellets, and sprinula flake
