Hello.

Anyone know how long it takes to cure internal parasites with food soaked in metronizadole?

Also, will lifebearer hurt invertebrates like shrimp?

YMMV - if you can get the fish to actually eat the metro soaked food, then it should eventually clear up.

where did you get the metro?
I am still trying to find some bulk.
I refuse to pay LFS prices.

i payed through the nose at big als. its "hexamit"....

should i dissolve the stuff in water, then put food in the water to soak? Or should I add the stuff right to the food....?

Whatever you decide let me know. I got heximita as well, I unpack it and pour it into a cup, and then add water, and then dump it in the aquarium
Never tried soacking food. Might wanna try soacking the contents of a capsule in 1/2 tsp water etc. and see how much food you need. I'd use something dry like flake or pellets.

let me know it sounds like I am doing the exact same thing as you in my tanks.
