Hey, just wondering if anybody has or know any info on this fish, as far as habits, feeding, water conditions, etc., ??? My friend giving one to me along with a Zebra Pleco, ;D but they won't be placed together in same tank. Anyways, post any info if you have any on Tigrinnis. All I know is that its a South American River fish, that I think like current. Later, E   *twirlysmiley*

I checked around and cant find anything. I'll check my reference books yet. Where did you get the name from? Are you sure it is spelled correct? Can you maybe post some pics?

You're getting a zebra pleco!!!!? Lucky! A LFS near me won't even order one unless you put a down payment on it, and the wholesaler I used to go through didn't even carry them.

As for Merodontotus, it is spelled correctly, I'll ck out web site posted by "weasle". As for Zebra Pleco, my friend has had him for I think a year now. He offered it to my, but told me to let my tank become well established first. He said it's only 2 inches long, and they don't get big at all. Loves blood worms. Not very active either. He also gave me a almost completely black halfmoon Betta. He trying to find me a black female Betta to try and breed some prize Black Bettas. It also has very draped-curled ending tail fins, that have a black leopard look in tail and lower fin areas. :ater guys, "E" ;D
