Metronidazole and good bacteria

Will it kill off all the bacteria in my tank?

I have read that Metronidazole only attacks anaerobic bacteria.

I believe that nitrosomonas and nitrobacter (good bacteria) are aerobic and therefore should be unharmed by Metronidazole.
