Milky water

Set up tank yesterday and planned to have water set for two days before I started fishless cycle . Cleaned gravel (one half eco-complete not cleaned) Added Africian driftwood (Cured of tannis) and some boiled first rocks. All went great, then this morning I found water milky white.Why and how do I fix? I did add water conditioner.

water change...did you check the boiled rocks with vinegar? what kind of rocks are they? I think it's their fault =/

common lake rocks I did use vinger test.

if they checked out OK then it's either them, or the DW. or you just need to wait this out or slap a fresh active carbon pack into the filter and take that out after 3 days or so. then start cycling.
