I'm baaaack! Lol. A lot has happened in the last year.... my dad passed away, 3 months later found out I was pregnant, month after that found out it was TWINS (scary!) Now I have had the twins, they are 6 weeks old. Back in the winter we had a major snow storm and lost power, which ended up killing most of my tank. (Probably a good thing in the end as I got to where I couldn't take care of the tank while pregnant) now I have a beta and 3 cherry barbs and that's it lol. A few days ago my husband found a 75 Gallon tank for me for my birthday! Now I get to start working on that! Woohoo!!

Wow, congrats on the twins! And the 75g (and hubby that looks out for that kind of thing for you - good catch ;) ). Sorry to hear about your dad.

Plans for the 75g?

Still tossing around ideas for the 75g. I know we are doing a planted tank, some big rocks for hiding, and sand bottom. As far as fish, I would like to do a mix of angels and loaches. ... what do you think?

Awesome. I had an albino Cory in my 20 long. He was pretty cool. Called him cory... very original I know! Haha.

I can't wait to get this tank up and running. Going today to get the sand and get the water started at least. It's going to need some work, going to take some time. Plus I have to figure out this filtration system. It came with a fluval 305. I have always had HOB filtration, so the cannister is a new adventure for me!
