Missing a fish

1 of my neons has gone missing......i saw one of the Zebra Danios nipping at it, Are Danios know for munching smaller fish???

Zebra Danios won't eat a whole live fish, but small fish like neons don't last long in the tank once they finally shuffle off...

They are just in the tank as well, thought it was me but all my levels are fine, Natural i hope.

Have found the fish!!!!! He has been sucked into the filter and drowned i am using a fluvel 3 any advice

if he died, most likely he was eaten by something
i had some neons once apon a time...they slowly died with no bodies...until i did a gravel vac and a bunch of bones were found

No i did find him in the filter his head was sticking out.

means he died and the filter sucked his body into intake. I have guppy fry and they die i dont know it till they are in filter intake.... When alive the fish can pretty much avoid the current or being sucked in but once dead they are free floaters fish eat them filters get them and rocks claim the resting place eventually... unless you remove them and flush down toilet or something.
