moon lights

my little brother has a black light in his room. would i be bale to use this as a moon light for the mantis tank? will it hurt master blaster?

I wouldn't have thought it would hurt him. I had an Emporer scorpion which used to glow green under his UV light. Maybe master would glow similarly?

any one else know the answer? i need to know befor ei put it on the tank. and i am getting paid 20 bucks for handing out hallowin candy. what would be a good power head that my mantis could not enetr and get killed?

I use hagen aqua clears and love em, perfect for the size tank I have. I also have two shrimp and a emerald crab and neither have had any problems (expect when the shrimp sheds and it gets sucked into them aha)
