mushroom dying?

I checked my tank as i do when the lights turn on and i seen my red mushroom has shriveled up so i though I'd as if this has happened to anyone else i checked my readings and everything's good

this is just my expirience, they shrivel up when they are not happy with their placing in the aquarium, if its at night this should be normal for it to shrivel, but if it happens during the day it might not be happy with the flow or lighting

ahh yea i know they do it at night when they go to sleep but it must be because the other day i moved it out of the main flow from the PH so i guess i'll move it somewhere else

i have 130w attic blue + 20w 10k so 150w over my 20g long i just though it's weird how this red mushroom was the only thing acting weird
i moved it to a area with more flow it's opened a little bit more but not as big as it used to be

Ram man has it right, the mushroom will shrivel at night (as well as many corals). Don't worry about it.

Mine shrivel up at night also and always go back to normal the next day.

ya i'm talking about in the day time it's still shrivel up i guess i'll try moving it again...

Dont they usually detach from the rock when they arent happy and move??
