Ok a LFS have a brown shroom in a nano cube and they're seeling a 3 inches for 10 bucks ( canadian ). But they're is a wrasse with mouth fungus ( seems like ) in the same tank.
It is necessary to put the shroom in a QT ? Or just rincing is ok

hmm....well first i never had shrooms before, and 2nd i think it might be possible that a bad fungus can stick on the sticky shroom if the sick fish rub against it..therefore, maybe it could potentialy travel into my tank and spread.

Poor analogy camaro. Not the same.

I now QT everything since I put ich into my fathers tank on some liverock.
Don't need to QT corals? I hope you never introduce flatworks, nudibranchs, or any other parasites into your reef tank, otherwise I assume you're perfectly happy to lose your display and strip your tank.

I imagine I'm hypersensitive, but I've tired of introduced problems, just to save myself the bother of QT.
