mushrooms spreading?

what exactly do i need for them to spead?? just good light and good water?? do i need more than one for them to reproduce?? i have this rock that has just one and i was wonder ing if i should buy a few loose shrooms or will they spead on its own

Provided that everthing is to their liking they should spread on their own. Mine multiply like crazy.....I find them is strange places as they will sometimes clone a baby and it will take off on its own to spread it's wings so to speak.

when i'm tired of wating for a new mush, i simply cut a little micro piece at the base of the mush; i do a clean cut with a surgical steel blade. I a few days/weeks, the chunk becomes a mushroom. Sometimes, when one the mushrooms is pale while the other aren't, i shred it into pieces. Instead of having a dead mush, i have a lot of new, healthy small ones.

so yur sayin if i have a unhealthy mushroom i can cut it into little pieces and itll turn into a bunch of little ones?? :/

i tested on red actinodiscus, green hairy giant mushrooms and striped mush and it worked.
Some people prefer to cut the head to get 2 mush..but i tried and it went well...0 loss...all the chunks became mush
