my arowana died yesterday. I think he died from natural causes. He was old. So i guess it was his time.

Sorry about you loss, i've never really seen an Arowana in the flesh and blood, so they must be rare fish. I hope you get over it soon. I recently have lost many fish, because of ammonia extremes and my ignorance X.x

I saw a red arowana in my lfs for 30 dollars..he was only 5 inches long, though...How much does the average arowana cost??

They usually cost 34 for about 4 inch babies. When they are about 7 inches they usually cost around 70 usa. Asians are usually mor around 100 were i live.

a red arowana usually costs in the thousands cos they are rare, highly prized, and endangered (I believe). There is no way a red arowana can be sold for $30.
