So i think i might have finally figured out what sort of cories i got. After some more research, im thinking that they are what petsmart is referring to as a "green cory" which are exactly the same size and coloration as mine. The "emerald" Cories they had there were about twice the size as mine. After the web research, i decided that they had to be Corydoras aeneus. Anyway, it excited me that i know what they are now. So my question is this: is is appropriate to refer to Corydoras aeneus as "green Cories" ?

oh and i finally got some good pix of the little guys. Enjoy :D

They're so cute. And they could be young still. My peppered cory has about doubled in size since I got him (apparently I feed him far too much!).

So what are you feeding them? i got shrimp pellets here and they seem interested, but they jsut sort of hover over them and quiver like they are excited... ive never seen them actually eat anything.
