Her Bowl Broke, and ended up crashing into my male betta flare's bowl, his bowl survived the crash but hers broke into itty bitty pieces. It took a full minute to find her she was luckily still alive and my dad rushed her into non treated water, which i quickly added drops to after she was in it.She looks unharmed and is eating like a little piggy like usual.

any ideas on what i should look out for , she fell off a table and it's about 3' high, she was on the floor which might or might not have been cleaned,i'm really worried about her even though she's acting normal.

I'm very doubtful that she suffered anything traumatic. Bettas have a special breathing organ (called a labyrinthe, I think) other than their gills so they can directly breathe air from the mouth like a human which goes on to say that bettas can last longer out of water than most fish as long as they land in a puddle of water or still have the slime on their bodies.
