My first signs of life? what is it?

I just saw for the first time what is in the LR i have, its a littl millipede type worm that is grey and has little bright white dots down the back, about 1/2 long and as thick as a hyperdermic needle. Quite fast little booger too!!! given relitive size...... blah blah*SLEEPING*

From the description it is probably a Bristleworm but without a picture is it difficult to make a exact identification. Most of the Bristleworms that we get are harmless and even beneficial, but some of the larger ones can pose a threat to your tank such as nipping coral, and even eating inverts or small fish.

I have a few of those little guys running around, no harm/no foul so far.
