My first tank set up.

I have a 32 gal US tank with 7 serpae in it. Would like to add 4 sterbai's,'but what other community fish would you suggest to finish the scene?

Serpea have a great red color, those are nice looking tetras. 4 cory's would be the max I would go in that 32G tank. These tetras can be very aggressive. I am not sure what can go with these for sure , maybe a few cardinal tetras if you have a lot of cover and hiding spaces. I am more of the cichlid guy so maybe others have better advice then I do.
