MY FISH HAS A CLOUDY SWALLON EYE! HELP ASAP!

i just bought a Chalceus (pink tailed tetra) 3 days ago, he hasnt ate since i bought him, today i noticed his one eye has a cloudy film on in and bubbles out a little, i treated my entire take with "Quick Cure" i hope it treats what he has.. it treats Ich, gasping for air, flicking against rocks, protozoan parasites, mild fluke outbreaks, castia, chilodonella, trichodina... the active ingredient is formalin, Malachite green

Malachite green is a very good common med, but it may not be enough to help. You may need some sort of antibiotic. If he isn't looking better by tomorrow, I would go get some marycin (sp).

I didn't know quick cure could solve gasping for air. I always thought when the fish gasp for air, there was a lack of oxygen content in the water.
