my gold fish has red spots underneath its body

i don't know what to do to treat it. its staying at the bbottom of the tank and it has red on its fins also only undeneath it though. what do i do to get him better?

Could you give us some more information? Size of tank, water parameters, how long it's been set up, tank and feeding schedules, size of fish, variety, how long you've had him, any recent changes and anything else you might be able to provide.

its a 10 gallon tank and he's a regular goldfish that i got at a carnival and as long as my index finger, he's been in that tank since i got him back in July. i feed him once a day and the only change is that i removed the 2 african dwarf frogs and put them in another tank about a month ago. he just started getting sluggish and last night i noticed the red stuff underneath him only and by his fins
