ooo yes, hes a belter him! maybe you could buy a female and breed them ? i have a male and female, but my male doesnt show colours as good as that, he is mostly greyish colour all the time and really, hes a bit bland :/
Do you have a pic of your tank that i could see ? i have a 10 L (2 GAL) tank thats got nothing in it at the mo, but i wish to turn it into a breeding/quarantine/disease treating tank and i was thinking of getting a sand substrate as well, even though that means having to let it mature again :/ but anyways...

He's a good one! Nicely colored up - he looks like a nice healthy specimen! *thumbsup2
Yah, I agree with fish friend, get a female too if you can, there is nothing like seeing them court, then spawn, hatch the fry and then parent! It's something every aquarist should experience...tres cool!

i got him a female, she mainly hides from him though. she'll lead him around the tank and then hide for awhile. ill try and get a good shot of my tank for you fish friend. both the kribensis show theyre colors off beautifully. both of them have pink in theyre stomach though. ive bred convicts before and only the female had pink. im guessing this is different with kribs? oh well,

Brad

yep, i think they are showing off to each other, my kribs did that once, the show their colours off and then hopefully spawn, keep feeding them on different food e.g. live/frozen bloodworm to keep protien up for the eggs to develop in the female :)
