Today over at my LFS they were having a sell on Keyhole Cichlids so i bought some! They are atleast a month old!! I will try to get some pics of them.

P.S. How do you sex them? I have heard that males have two black dots next to there Dorsal fin and the females only have one.

Also how do you breed them?? I am going to go on google and get some information on them.

Hey does anyone know ehat other fish i can add to that tank with them? I want to add some Cory's but i am not sure. So what can i add???????*thumbsups

I am thinking of adding the following:

3 Cory Cats
2 Black Skirt tetras
4 Keyhole Cichlids

I tried out my female ram with them but she was acting like a loser and was trying to kill them so i put her back in the tank she came from. So does this list sound ok or should i change it??*PEACE!*

The tank is a 29G. I was looking over my list and decided that i might just keep all Keyhole cichlids or shorten the list to:

2 keyhole cichlids
3 Cory's


I decided not to add any tetras or mabey later i will*PEACE!*

I would think of skipping anymore bottom dwellers and go with something that swims in the open water. This will allow the cichlids more room on the bottom, and aslo they will act as dither fish for the cichlids.

Well i am wanting to breed my Keyhole cichlids so that is why i might just keep all keyhole cichlids in there or just keep the 2 have now and keep leting them breed so then i will have some more and i can sell some.*thumbsup2
