I kept trying to get a good shot of my husband's red tiger oscar and my goldie pleco, but Oscar, my paradox albino oscar, likes to show off to the camera, every time I move it he gets in the way of the shots and flairs at me. I thought this was a great shot and I coulden't not show him off. :D

Here's another pretty good one.

Humm, for some reason they apear more grainy after uploading them. Oh well, you get the idea.

For refrance, here's what he looked like right before I got him back on the 4th of July. No orange, no black just grey and white.

Oh and half the size! LOL he was 4" when I got him, I haven't measured him in a while, but he's about 8" now.

Nice pics, VirgoWolf!
I am envious of you guys with your big fish and big tanks.

But I will say that it is inspiring me to run out and buy one (as soon as I can afford it, of course). I've got a nice wall for a 55 gallon...perhaps I'll have saved enough, including birthday money, for my b'day in March to get one!

Woops...sorry about the babbling...

So does the oscar eat crays?

LOL He probably would if I gave him the chance, so far his only live foods have been a Tiger barb (killed off the rest of his school, this was my revenge), a few crickets, and a zebra danio (he was really old and starting to suffer, so I "put him down" the most humane way, the natural way).

You really should opt for a 75 if you have the room for a 55, the width really opens up your options, and it's big enough to get an oscar! I may be biast, but their personalities are matched by nothing I have seen before, I LOVE them!
