Spent alot of time looking at this one. I have never seen a betta like it,bettas are pretty basic in Ireland. I mean we do get lovely fish but 99% are just round tails.

Anyhow I I'm not sure about this one,its striking yes but just so far removed form any betta I have seen..............

I love black bettas. They have a Female Black Betta and a White Male Betta that would be an interesting breeding pair. The male has black spots on his tail. Thats a nice betta you have there though.

Thanks. You are right, cos to maintain the colour, breeder normally breed the male and female in same colour (eg red male x red female = red offspring). but black female are normally inferlite so black male x black female = no offspring, therefore breeder cross black male with steel blue(black geno) = 50% black 50% steel blue.
