Ok, tank is in place. Equipment is on order. Some gravel is in. Here's what I am going with:
135 gallon 72x18x24 glasscages.com tank
Hinged glass tops with acrylic back sections for cutting to fit
30" Tall stand
14" Tall Canopy
(2) 250wt Jager Heaters
(2) Filstar XP3 canisters
(2) 30" All-Glass dual bulb strip lights
(2) Coralife digital thermometers
165lbs gravel, Spectra Blue Jean mix
JEBO 3pc resin rocks
Assorted Penn Plax Plants
I plan to use bio-spira to cycle it and to stock it with:
Angelfish
Bala Sharks
Either Clown Loaches or Freshwater Shrimp
Chinese Algea Eaters
Something colorfull that schools (Cardinal neons?)
The 40gallon might turn into a hospital/quarantine tank.
I am also going to try and make a DIY cold cathode moonlight
