First... fish can survive for more than a week without food, so don't assume he's eating without seeing it.

What are you feeding them? How long have you had them (assuming a week)? How big are they? What kind of filter do you have on that tank? What are your parimeters? How often do you do water changes? Is he actiang any different other than not eating? Is the other oscar picking on him at all?

i'm feeding him hikari cichlid gold pellets.. i have an aquaclear filter pushing out 200 gph, pH is about 7.7 or so nitrites/nitrates are zero ammonia is 0, i havent done a water change yet i'm going to do one tomorrow.. and the only other thing different is that unlike the oscar he doesnt swim around like at all and no the other oscar does not pick on him they're good buddies another thing is that his skin looks a lot whiter than the other one it doesnt look natural like it used to i dont know whatsup with that

did you look the fish over for anything different?
could have been hole in the head or perhaps he was so stressed from being either crowded, water conditions, or perhaps being bullied that he just gave up.

id wait for a 75g, bigger would be better, before trying two oscars again
