I don't know what I'm doing wrong, my algae eaters always die on me. The tank could have algae or no algae and they still die. I put 1 algae wafer in every 2 days. I constantly check the water. The other fish are just fine. I don't know if my Gourami is nipping at it and stressing it out. Usually 1 week after I get a Pleco, I find it bottom-up. Any insight/help?
