My snail tank

#1
I added six ghost shrimp to the one gal. All the inhabitants look fine, though the shrimp must have been incredibly hungry as the juststarted tearing apart the gravel to eat the snails poop. Gross I know but thats the way things go. I placed a algea wafer and they demolished it. Any thoughts or opinions?

Shrimp tend to constantly search for food. Feeding them once a day is usually enough. Our ghost shrimp loved bloodworms, but also ate flake, algae wafers, shrimp pellets (a little bit of canabalism). As always, overfeeding isn't a good thing, especially in a small tank.
