My Yellow Platy

When I woke up this morning I found my yellow platy dead. She was pregnant and was a colorful fish. I feel bad.

Sorry to hear about your dead platy.
The loss may have had something to do with a pregnancy "gone bad," as complications sometimes arise when fish are carrying fry.

Hopefully you'll have some luck getting another female to take her place.

Ya that is what I thought and tonight im goin to get another female to take its place.... I'm gonna look for a blue one!

Some how i ended up with a blue platy in my tank. Very pretty fish. Sorry for your loss.

I just recently lost one of my female fancy guppies, she was swollen with her first pregnancy, and she is the only fish I've raised since she was a baby(she is the offspring of my other female guppy) I couldn't tell what the problem was, I simply found her on my filter in the morning. anyways, just wanted to say I know how ya feel, and sorry to hear bout yer loss.
