Name that Fish

Alright folks I got some batteries, sorry for the quality of the pic, dang fish wouldn't hold still. Can anyone name this type of cichlid? I need some more information on them in order to make sure they thrive. Also can someone please tell me how to do the large pics again? I know you need to upload them to another site, than use a link, I just can't recall the site name or anything. Correction, can't ever crop the pic small enough, could someone please tell me the site to upload to?

I didn't upload mine from a site. Save the pictures then go onto edit your post, then go down to manage attachments or w/e and upload them straight from..

there is only a 50kb limit for uploading, i can never seem to get my pics smaller than around 75kb for a closeup, and 350kb for a full shot

Photobucket resizes mine. after I upload it on there, then it'll resize it, and then I post it here...

try www.irfanview.com their program can resize your photos very easily and keep the quality. Or check out the sticky in the rate my tank section for details on hosting pictures and putting links in your posts instead...

i use www.imageshack.us and then put 'thumbnail for forums hotlink 1' straight onto post... because you dont have to add
