Nano cube 12 dx

Well i think i know what i want for my birthday, the only problem is i have heard stories of nano cubes cracking... and the fact is that it will be a reef tank with my mantis in itrealy doesnt make it feel to safe getting one. do the dxs crack? its not the glass that i have heard about cracking but the corners.
would anyone recommend these?

Ram, it's often the prob with the 24s cracking or otherwise leaking, however the 12 can be iffy too. My LFS has had 8 returned out of 12 for leakages and faulty manufacture, and they told me they company is currently working to fix the problem. Not necessarily with a new model or new line, though, so who knows.

Google "nanocube leak" and similar things.

I'm not saying not to get one, just what I heard firsthand from my lFS owner.

i definetly dont want to go bigger. imagine trying to find a 2 inch mantis in a 24! go to place a coral and BAM!
