Ok so I just had a brainstorm. I'm so excited about this but I don't know if it will work or is even feasible. Ok, here goes.
1) Can I run two/three reef tanks one on top of the other kinda like having 2 sumps for a main tank, but it would be two display tanks over one sump. Like this
1-------display tank
2-------display tank
3-------sump/equipment tank
I want to link them all together so that #1 overflows into #2 and #2 overflows into the sump and the sump pumps back to #1.
2) If it is possible would the 2nd tank be hard to keep clean?
3) And what other tips/ideas could you give me about doing this?
I think it would be really neat to do this but no clue as to the actual running of it. Any help would be great.
